Letterpress & Linocuts
Blue Camas Press is my creative outlet for hand-made print projects. I create my original imagery by carving linoleum blocks and printing these blocks using my 1896 Chandler & Price platen letterpress. I create a variety of works on paper: cards, prints, tags, coasters, calendars, and other ephemera. I also do custom letterpress printing: business cards, invitations, announcements, etc.
While the majority of Blue Camas Press products are made from hand-carved linoleum blocks, some are also created from digital drawings that I have made into polymer plates for printing. All Blue Camas Press products are printed by hand on the letterpress.
